Should a legitimate door-to-door salesperson in DeKalb County have a permit? If so, how must the salesperson display the permit? If a permit is required but not shown, what telephone number should the homeowner call to alert authorities?

Don't open the door until/unless you don't know who it is! If it's a person you dont personally know, tell 'em to go away. Thats what I do!
