As a realtor, I wouldn't use condos in this story. And the houses posted here have reasons for their pricing.

Understood on the condos. Next time. As for the pricing, based on the photos and the locations on these homes, yeah, there are some good reasons for the pricing, I'd imagine.

They are still interesting..... Since the entry price point for thus neighborhood is quite a bit higher than this......
