Neighbors of the Brookdale/Foster Ridge and Overlook areas came together to support a national event Tuesday. National Night Out is a nationwide program that brings people together in support of safer communities.
Neighbors gathered at Shallowford Presbyterian Church for a potluck and were given safety tips from county officials.
This gathering was sponsored by the Brookdale/Foster Ridge/Overlook Neighborhood Watch Program in conjunction with the DeKalb County Police Department.
