POLL: How Do You Rent Movies?
With rental kiosks disappearing in the area, how do you get your movie fix?
Once again, bad news in the movie rental business. Blockbuster announced Tuesday it was canning 3,000 workers and shutting down a few hundred more stores as it dies a slow death at the hands of digital movie viewing.
I also noticed some of the company's rental kiosks are disappearing from the North Druid Hills-Briarcliff area. The kiosk that stood in front of the QuikTrip on Lawrenceville Highway is gone. And Redbox quickly replaced a Blockbuster kiosk location inside Publix in Shamrock Plaza.
I don't think people are watching few movies. So how are you getting your flick fix? Answer our poll and/or explain in the comments section below.
