Save the date for Sophia Academy's 2013 Masterpiece Gala, which will be held on Feb. 9 in the school's gym (2880 Dresden Drive).

The gym will turn into a Mardi Gras-themed party central with dancing, food and a split-the-pot raffle to raise funds for gym items and a mini-bus. There will also be live and silent auctions. Food has been donated by Atlanta Bread Company and Peter and Yuwadee Landskroener with catering by Endive Catering.

This year's gala sponsors are David and Sheri Greene.

Last year's event raised more than $60,000.
