Skyland Trail Announces New Chief Operating Officer
Mark "Klay" Weaven arrives from Brunswick and began working April 30.
Skyland Trail, a non-profit treatment facility for adults with mental illness, is pleased to welcome Mark "Klay" Weaver to the organization as Chief Operating Officer. Klay will have a broad span of responsibilities including clinical services, finance, operations, human resources and marketing/admissions.
"Klay's extensive leadership experience in behavioral healthcare organizations makes him a great fit for Skyland Trail and our expanding services," Skyland President Beth Finnerty said in a statement. "In this role, he will help develop strategic solutions for the challenges of our growing organization, including enhancing and improving systems, increasing profitability, and continuing to develop and implement innovative models of care."
Klay comes to Skyland Trail from Gateway Behavioral Health Services in Brunswick where he has been serving as COO. He began his tenure at Skyland Trail on April 30.
