 nge for children visiting Plaza Fiesta\, a popular Latino mall on Buford
  Highway\, and operates 10 months of the year. It provides Latino childr
 en age-appropriage bilingual literature in a library-type setting within
  the mall -- AND provides a unique opportunity for intergerational commu
