Historian and author Jeffrey Clemmons will discuss and sign, Rich's: A Southern Institution. The book chronicles the history of Rich's department store - from its beginnings as a small dry goods store in post-Civil War Atlanta to a retail dynasty.

More About Toco Hill-Avis G. Williams Library
The Toco Hill-Avis G. Williams Library opened in its new building in June 2009. The library has books and several collections, including audio books, newspapers and magazines, large print books and adult learning materials. It also has free computer access. Facilities include a conference room, meeting room and teen area.
