Laughter Yoga is laughing and breathing, no postures. Drop in one time or join the fun monthly with this multi-generational group. Laughter yoga is a simple way of boosting your mood and your health, all while connecting and enjoying good-natured company. Bring an attitude of childlike playfulness to this intergenerational experience open to youth and adults. (Small children may be overwhelmed.) Jean Woodall is a certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Teacher and studied with Dr. Madan Kataria, who started the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement. A licensed massage therapist, she is convinced that Laughter Yoga and Laughter Meditation have profound benefits and is committed to spreading this delightfully contagious practice.
