The meditation group meets every Sunday morning unless otherwise notified. It has been meeting at UUCA since 2003. The group practices in the Buddhist tradition. Please join in to listen to brief inspirational readings and do silent and walking meditations. Members are usually reading works of Buddhist authors or sharing ideas to help with the practice. “First Timers” are invited to come at 8:15 am (instead of 8:30) for basic instruction in meditation.
