DESCRIPTION:Membership at Twin Lakes is first offerred to applicants who 
 live in the immediate "inside"&nbsp\; neighborhood.\nThe "inside" member
 ship boundary consists of residences located: from the eastern intersect
 ion of LaVista Road and  Briarcliff Road to the intersection of Briarcli
 ff  Road and Oak Grove  Road\; from that intersection the boundary shall
   follow Oak Grove Road to  Fair Oaks Road and shall then follow Fair Oa
 ks  Road to the intersection  of Fair Oaks Road and LaVista Road\; from 
 that intersection the boundary  follows LaVista Road back to the interse
 ction of LaVista Road and  Briarcliff Road. The membership area shall in
 clude only the interior  side of the boundary roads.\nSubsequent members
 hips are available to families "outside" the specified neighborhood.   U
