 tnership to create a mall walking program. The goals of the program are:
 - to provide a safe and comfortable environment for members of our commu
 nity who enjoy exercising by mall walking\;- to provide an educational c
 omponent designed to help you maximize the benefits from your walking pr
 ogram and maintain optimal health.Components of the program include an e
 xercise program at the mall on each Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30-9:30 
 am\, Talkabout Health programs held quarterly on the second Tuesday of t
 he months of February\, May\, August and November at DeKalb Medical Cent
