Photos: Oak Grove Methodist's 52nd Annual Men's BBQ

Saturday's story: The parking lots were jammed Saturday for the 52nd annual Oak Grove United Methodist Church's Men's Barbecue.

While Patch missed getting photos of the volunteers who worked overnight in the open barbecue pits, Boy Scouts and other volunteers were still preparing more Brunswick stew Saturday afternoon.

More than 400 volunteers helped with the event, with proceeds benefiting 26 different organizations.
