Join us for a Three Course Wine Dinner to Support GEORGIA ORGANICS and the Farm to School Program


Georgia Organics is a member supported, non-profit organization connecting organic food from Georgia farms to Georgia families. At Sprig, we purchase produce from Georgia farms, including Crystal Organic Farm, that are Georgia Organics members.


Menu


Stuffed Collard Greens:  pork shoulder, cornbread, onions, jalapeno, tabasco vinaigrette


Brasstown Grass Fed Filet: potato puree, braised swiss chard, caramelized shallot & red wine sauce


Pecan Bitters Pumpkin Pie with Spiced Cream


Each course will be paired with wines that are from organicor biodynamic vineyards selected by Marty Shaver.
