Every third Thursday, the Peace Network offers a documentary film, many from independent filmmakers that are rarely shown in mainstream theaters, along with a moderated discussion and refreshments. Film topics have included war, the environment, education, elections, and various other topics. Some recent films include Iran, Invisible Ballots, Burning Our Future, Food Inc., Rethinking Afghanistan, The World According to Monsanto, Nuclear Tipping Point, Fuel, Stealing a Nation, and dozens more. This series is in its ninth year, and films can be borrowed on Sunday from the Lending Library at the Peace Network table.
