County Mentions New Retailers Coming to Suburban Plaza
Lawyers with DeKalb County said a Ross Dress for Less, a Jo-Ann fabric and crafts store and a HomeGoods store are planned for the North Decatur shopping center.
Three more retailers are planned for North Decatur's Suburban Plaza, lawyers representing DeKalb County said last week.
Selig Enterprises, which owns the shopping center on North Decatur Road and is overseeing its renovation, plans to open a Ross Dress for Less, Jo-Ann fabric and crafts store and a HomeGoods store, according to 90.1 WABE report.
The new retailers were mentioned during a court hearing Friday regarding a lawsuit between Good Growth DeKalb, a local advocacy group, and the county. Good Growth DeKalb is fighting the construction of a Walmart Supercenter in Suburban Plaza.
