Updated: Cibo Rustico Osteria Opens Nov. 4

Proprietor to collaborate with co-owners of two restaurants.

Updated 5:55 p.m. Monday: The restaurant posted a news release to the Boards this evening, indicating that Cibo Rustico Osteria will re-open Nov. 4.

Chris Hadermann and John Piemonte, co-owners of The Big Ketch Saltwater Grill and Milton’s Cuisine & Cocktails, are collaborating with proprietor Quincy Evans. Read the release for more details on what the restaurant will offer.

Previous story: The former Mirko Pasta location, which had new signage appear Sunday, will apparently re-open soon, according to a report on Tomorrow's News Today.

The new name of the restaurant will be Cibo Rustico Osteria. According to the unconfirmed report, the restaurant franchisee is branching out on his own at the location.
