Violette Says Goodbye to Chef

One of the restaurant's chefs, Stephane Picarda, is leaving after a decade at the Clairmont Road establishment.

, one North Druid Hills French restaurants, is saying goodbye to one of its chefs.

From its Facebook page today:

We bid farewell to one of our French chef's this month, Stephane Picarda, who was with Violette for over a decade. (He was a protoge of the original owner/chef, Guy Luck.) Stephane is leaving to pursue other professional opportunities in the food-service industry. We appreciate his tireless efforts and incredible dedication to Violette! Bon courage!
