What Should Go Here?

The Toco Hills Promenade shopping center is really humming with life now, in both new and old stores, but there's one part of the center that seems to have been forgotten.

There's no denying that the Toco Hills Promenade shopping center is going through a rebirth of sorts. Boasting newly remodeled buildings and filling up with eager new tenants like , , GameStop and Learning Express Toys, it's definitely a bright spot in the North Druid Hills-Briarcliff community. However, there's one part of the shopping center that looks like it's been left out of this resurgence: the second story of the building housing GameStop and Learning Express.

The entire second story stands empty, at least three storefronts ready to be occupied. I've lived in this area for my entire life and cannot remember anything that was ever there. (If you can, please tell me in the comments and jog my memory!) It seems like something nice could go up there. The one problem I can see is that the second story doesn't appear to be ADA-accessible--I didn't see an elevator--but surely (I know, don't call me Shirley) an ambitious, motivated buyer could see fit to take care of that, right?

There are also two empty parcels on the ground floor right next to Learning Express. If you want to imagine things that would go there too, feel free. The only limit is your imagination.
