What Should Go Here?

It's one of the few spots remaining in Toco Hills Promenade, which has been filling up quickly. You tell us what you'd like to see there.

In this week's installment of What Should Go Here?, we look at one of the few remaining spaces in Toco Hills Promenade: 3017 North Druid Hills Rd.

The Promenade has been a very successful – as far as we can tell – enterprise lately, and several new shops have opened inside it, including Roost Gifts & Decor.

The 3017 space is next to , which seems pretty packed at nights when I've driven by. (Correct me if I'm wrong.) And it appears to be of a similar square footage.

What would you like to see in this space? Tell us in the comments section below.

Sadly, I don't think one would fit there.

Many things have tried and failed but the shopping center is doing better...what about a small personal training/core fitness gym? Or...another Indian Restaurant? There was one there for years....

1 of those cute & new mini-WalMarts so I don't have to leave my neighborhood to shop. a military recruiters' office a smoke shop / head shop an anarchist or OWS or Acorn office an abortion clinic OR Just Tear the empty space down --- replace with: a green space a community vegetable patch a campsite for the local homeless a dog park an outdoor stage oh wait a minute, Toco Hill Shopping Center is not in Decatur or in Little 5 Points

I think you need to add a craft store. Or a knitting/crocheting shop with an area for people to sit and socialize in, while creating handmade items. They can offer lessons for people who do not know how to do either of these crafts. Susie Dixon
