My experience with this business was the worst experience I've ever had. I was charged for a class I was told I could not attend because it was too full. I wasn't really disappointed because I do not find paining to be fun. The "professional" staff at Dip n' Dab decided to take it upon themselves to reschedule me for a class unbeknownst to me. I never received an email nor written document stating my class was rescheduled. As i attempted to resolve this dispute with this company via phone calls and emails, I got no response (Seeing as on their website it states this is how you can get in contact with them, wrong) Thus, meaning that the only other way would be to travel back to their facility. Well i will never do business here again and I do not recommend anyone else does if you want a more professional experience and not a "word of mouth" or "come see me" facility. There are tons of other painting studios in and around Atlanta. Their website is the only thing that will get 5 stars from me.
