- : My first two stories are school board related. McChesney and Womack and been around a long time. McChesney's gone, and things don't look good for Womack. It'll be interesting to see what sort of effect these changes might have on the school board and, by extension, the school system.

- : I expect to have more information on this this week.
- : Legally, this vote means next to nothing. But, at the least, it resolves any question over how the majority of voters feel about this issue. I imagine it will have an affect on whether the school system or the county ever pursue agreements like this again.
- : A nice, little local angle on another Olympics story.
