- Lakeside City Alliance Raises $2K at Oak Grove Event: So far, the alliance has raised about $10,000 or a third of its goal. A lot of people commented on this story. (Or a number of people wrote many comments.)
- Federal Audit Blames Mismanagement for Three Atlanta VA Patient Deaths: All credit due to local TV and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution for covering this story. It'll be interesting to see what comes of all this.
- Emory University Investigating Respected Professor's Fake Identity: I'll admit I thought this was a fairly insidery story without much reach into the general public. But this story got a whole lot of press, which surprised me. We'll see what Emory does.
- Crews Repairing North Druid Hills Gas Main Break: This plus the gas main leak on DeKalb Industrial Way and we're wondering what the heck is going on with this gas line project.
- Reese Witherspoon Film Shot in Briarcliff Area Friday: People love movies. People love Reese Witherspoon. 'Nuff said.
