Simply Delicious : Eggstraordinary Eggs

Location: Decatur Recreation Center - 231 Sycamore St, Decatur, GA.

Eggs are packed with a number of nutrients. One egg has 13 essential vitamins and minerals, high quality protein, unsaturated fat and antioxidants. Join Jennifer Weissman and Jerilynn Bedingfeild as we move into spring and celebrate a new season, we will cook up some sweet and savory egg dishes. Jennifer is a health educator, school food advocate, home cook and baker. Jerilynn is a gardener, cook and herbal enthusiast.
