Variety, the children's charity, has teamed up with Simon Malls to collect back to school supplies for disadvantaged youth.
Collection boxes for the supplies will be located at the Guests Services booth at Northlake Mall as well as Phipps Plaza and Lenox Square. Items accepted include pens, pencils, notebook paper, glue, crayons, colored pencils, erasers, folders and binders. Variety of Georgia will fill and deliver 2,500 backpacks with school supplies for distribution to local schools and shelters. Items will be accepted until August 2.
