This 33 acre park on North Druid Hills Road needs community participation and involvement. Dekalb County has earmarked funds, from a 2001 bond, to make the park more accessible to everyone. County construction is scheduled to begin in May, but there is much work to be done before and after the construction is complete. Tools, gloves trash bags and refreshments provided. Wear appropriate attire to be working outside. Your presence, even for part of the time, shows elected officials there is community interest and investment in this project.
