Emory University's Board of Trustees has elected two new members the school has announced.
Emory University's Board of Trustees has elected two new members the school has announced.
They are Shantella "Shan" Carr Cooper, a Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company executive; and Timothy C. Rollins, vice president of the Rollins Investment Company in Atlanta. Both will serve six-year terms.
Rollins was elected to serve as a term trustee and Cooper was elected as an alumni trustee.
The 41-member board oversees the governance and long-term financial health of the school.
