Man steals iPhone from woman on Jordan Lane
A man approached a Decatur woman on Jordan Lane while she was pushing her child in a stroller and stole her iPhone on June 8, DeKalb County police said.
The man walked up to the 25-year-old woman while she was walking in the 700 block of Jordan Lane and commented about the child at 2:34pm, the police report said. He reached on top of the woman's stroller, grabbed her phone valued at about $200, ran and jumped into a burgundy vehicle.
Victim: Large dog scared burglar away
A woman who lives on Clairmont Lane told DeKalb County police her large dog scared away a potential burglar Saturday.

The 53-year-old woman told police she left her home in the 1500 block of Clairmont Lane at 5:30pm and returned at about 7:30pm, the police report said. When she walked inside, she noticed her back door was kicked in. Nothing had been taken.
Chevy Camaro stolen from Emory Woods Apartments
A 1978 Chevrolet Camaro was stolen from the lot at between 9am Sunday and 10am Monday, DeKalb County police said.
