Gunshot Killed North Decatur Man
Authorities are still not releasing much information about the investigation.
The DeKalb County Medical Examiner's Office says a gunshot wound caused the death of a man found inside his North Decatur home two weeks ago.
DeKalb County police have released few details about the slaying of David Johns, 55.
Family members went to check on him the morning of May 11 because his employers called and said he didn't show up for work the previous day, police said.

Johns lived in the 900 block of Sycamore Drive, just outside the Decatur city limits.
The medical examiner's office didn't release any other information, saying it's an active investigation. Police have said there was trauma on the body but didn't release the cause of death. They have not given a motive or said if they have any suspects.

A funeral for Johns was held May 19.
