Kennesaw Man Robbed at Gunpoint in Medlock Park

Two suspects stole $1,200 from the victim late Sunday night.

A Kennesaw man was robbed at gunpoint in Medlock Park late Sunday night, DeKalb County police said.

The 37-year-old victim told police he was leaving a soccer game at 874 Gaylemont Circle when two men approached him at about 8pm, the police report said. The first suspect carried a small silver handgun and the second was armed with a 6-inch knife.

The first suspect pulled $1,200 from the victim's pocket while the other suspect held his knife to the victim's head, the report said. The victim was not injured.
