Huerta is believed to be driving an unknown make and model red pickup truck, said Cristal Bermudez Nunez, sheriff’s office spokeswoman. The teen is described as being about 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. She has brown eyes and black hair.

Bermudez Nunez said Huerta was born in Mexico and might be trying to get back there. Her mother, however, would very much like to have her back home in Plant City. At this point, deputies believe the teen might be somewhere in Georgia, Bermudez Nunez added.
