Are the police saying anything about them? Related - know who's doing? Plans to become proactive vs reactive?

Good question! Our neighbor was broken in to and the pattern has been established along NDH. What is the police doing? Any description, profile, details? Are communities meeting to share info, or get infor from the police? Or, do we have to wait for more dots on,the map?
