Briarwood Park Meeting Set For Next Monday

DeKalb County Commissioner Jeff Rader's office has set a meeting for Monday, June 25 to meet with area residents to discuss the improvements.

The meeting will be held at the center at 6pm.

In an e-mail, the District 2 commissioner's office said Park Pride and county officials would be attending. The correspondence also said the agenda "will be to discuss where we are with park improvements and to develop the Friends of Briarwood Park group that will be the organizing structure going forward."

For the past several weeks, residents of the area to move forward with a series of l to the center.
