Northlake Office Market Struggles Amid Metro Rebound
The community has posted more than 375,000 square feet of negative office space absorbtion this year.
Northlake's office space market is struggling while the larger Atlanta metro area experiences a rebound.
The Atlanta area is on pace to absorb almost three million square feet of office space, the highest rate in several years, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
But, so far, that improvement doesn't include Northlake.
