What Should Go Here?

What would you like to see occupying this space at Emory Commons Shopping Center?

You probably pass this empty storefront at 2095 North Decatur Road whenever you shop at Publix at Emory Commons Shopping Center.

The store is on the corner of this shopping center at Clairmont and North Decatur roads. Blue Elephant book store used to operate here before it moved to downtown Decatur for a brief period.

What kind of business or enterprise would you like to see move into this space? What does that neighborhood need? Leave your answer in the comments box below.

Would make a good dental or internist office.

Looking at all the Obama signs in Druid Hills yards, how about a Planned Parenthood office, a food stamp/welfare recruiting office, a Gay-Rights headquarters, or a "Sell America to China" headquarters....

Good question. I would say demo. There are so many vacant strip malls in and around there area. There needs to be some correction in the market so thought can go being a decision to build.

Yikes, Tom. You just politicized the vacancy of an empty shopping center storefront. I'd also suggest the "sell America to China" headquarters has always required a bipartisan staff.
