Sagamore Hills Building and Grounds Day

The Atlanta Botanical Garden has chosen Sagamore as a participant in their Five Star Restoration Program. This program will remove invasive plants and replace them with native plants with an emphasis on restoring habitat for birds and other wildlife. The target areas are outside the cafeteria and around the outdoor classroom. This project will include creation of a walkway through the area with signs explaining how habitats can be restored and how wildlife benefits from restoration.

Lunch will be provided but please bring your own tools. Please sign up.  Gloves will be especially important for the folks who want to help with invasive removal.
