Immaculate Heart of Mary School to Host Fair Trade Sale

All items from sale on March 23 come straight from developing regions across the world.

Come shop the Spring Fair Trade Sale on March 23 from 8am - 8pm in the library at . Choose from beautiful and fairly traded gifts, jewelry, scarves and other handcrafted items as well as fair trade coffee, tea and chocolate. All items are from developing regions all over the globe.

For 12 years, IHM students, alumni, teachers and parents have volunteered their time to sponsor these sales. The sales are part of the Work of Human Hands program, a partnership between Catholic Relief Services and SERRV, nonprofit organizations dedicated to fighting poverty. Every purchase made enables an artisan or farmer to better provide for the basic necessities of life, to educate her or his children, and to work in a safe environment.
