Stretch and unwind in this relaxing class that focuses on the power of breath. Learn the restorative and renewing nature of yoga by increasing your freedom of movement and range of motion while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. This class is appropriate for students of all ages and levels. Please bring a towel, yoga mat and water.
