Senior Exercise Classes

Bobbie Elzey of LZ Aerobics teaches this class for senior men and women to increase their health in a fun and social atmosphere.  The class consists of strengthening with bands and weights, balance and coordination work, range of motion movement, and stretching of all major muscle groups. Please join in whether you are just starting out or have been exercising all along. 

Classes are continuous and meet Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:15 at North Decatur Presbyterian but check first as the church is closed on holidays and other special occasions.
