Lakeside Defends County Swimming Title in Finals Saturday
Dynamo Swim Club is hosting the event at 1 p.m.
The 2013 DeKalb County Swimming and Diving Championship finals begin at 1 p.m. at Dynamo Swim Club on Shallowford Road on Saturday afternoon.
The nine-time defending champions Lakeside Vikings have held the DeKalb County boys' swimming title since 2004, but will face a stiff challenge from a talented Chamblee squad this season.
The Lakeside Lady Vikings are the defending champions on the girls' side having regained the title from Dunwoody in 2012. Lakeside had won 14 consecutive until Dunwoody's win in 2011.
