The girls’ basketball team swept both of its region games last week as well.  St. Pius X (7-2, 4-0) used 13 points from Asia Durr and 11 from Gabby Burns to defeat Cross Keys, 63-12.  Hannah Jones added seven points, while Adriana Daves, Anna Nelson and Nicole Rodriguez all chipped in six apiece.  On Friday, the Golden Lions rallied from nine down in the fourth quarter to defeat Decatur, 48-44.  Durr led all scorers with 28 points.  Jones grabbed 10 rebounds in the win.
