DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO….
"THE PET SET"

THEY KILLED MY DOG AND DENIED MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND THE ABILITY TO WATCH THE TAPES ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS.

Last Friday I requested that they provide us with a copy of the tapes because neither I nor my Husband should have to watch his final moments at their establishment. This is the part of the response I just received today. "Our camera system is for security purposes and we had prepared a very small segment that would have shown a very brief view of your pet's service time. What was to be shown to you was frozen in a start mode on the screen. Unfortunately during this ice storm the power went off, releasing it, when the power resumed our system copied over everything we had prepared. I can only locate and see history to January 20th." Basically they have conveniently lost the tape recording which would show their neglect. They killed my dog Little Gucci and now they have lost to tapes that would prove they in fact neglected him.

BREAK DOWN OF THE DETAILS:

Gucci only had an issue on one day during the summer and he was dehydrated and overheated. I gave him water in the parking lot and turned up the air conditioner. He was in perfect health and never had any issues. The Vet at Briarcliff Clinic told me that Gucci was in perfect health and that something happened at “The Pet Set” to throw him into absolute shock and killed him.

1. My Husband & I went to the faculty the day after his death on January 16th and were told we had to come back.

2. Because I am so upset my Husband went there on three other occasions which we have recorded conversations between him and the staff denying him and turning him away telling him to come back and the manager was the only one that could show the tape and he was away or on vacation every time we went over there.

3. I missed two calls from the Pest Set on January 15th, the first one at 3:46 p.m. the second one at 3:47 p.m. I answered the call at 3:50 p.m. and was told Gucci is sick. I immediately left work and thru Atlanta traffic was there at 4:20 p.m. and my pet was already at Briarcliff Clinic.

4. The Vet at Briarcliff clinic said when the employees arrived with my dog he was already dead.

5. Mia the groomer told me there were notes on his account and when I asked her why no one ever told me about them she said she didn't know why.

6. I emailed a request for a copy of the tapes on February 7, 2014 after further thought I felt it was unreasonable for you all to request that I sit in your establishment and with the last moments of my Gucci's life.

7. Today February 13th they finally respond to my email and conveniently they have lost the tapes.

8. The necropsy results came back stating my dog didn’t have any disease and they could not find the reason of why he died. The Vet at Briarcliff clinic told me and I quote, “Something happened there to cause Gucci to go into shock possible heat exertion.

9. We are still waiting the results of the toxin test.

I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I FIND OUT HOW YOU ALL KILLED MY BABY
