As people approach the busy holiday season, there's a lot going on. Which may explain why time-starved people did not post a number of activities in the North Druid Hills-Briarcliff area coming up this weekend.

• 9 p.m. Friday -- Beatles vs. Stones Rock N Roll Showdown December 13
• 10 a.m. Saturday -- Sounds of the Season/Holiday Community Day at Phipps Plaza
• 5 p.m. Saturday -- Emory Village Christmas Tree Lighting
• 3 p.m. Sunday -- Avondale Estates Christmas Tour of Homes & Holiday Market
