WOW I don't understand these bad reviews for a really good place. I have been ordering from them for five years now and have never experienced anything like this. Food is very good and customer service while being short and to the point is because this place is always very busy.Must be something good here. And "Rat Droppings" they got a better food service health inspection than other places in town. Go eat at Micky Dees.

This place is horrible! Don't eat here. I went in for service on 7/21/12. The lady was playing chess with her son got up took my order and didn't wash her hands. Then she started talking in her language. Food is in properly stored in containers on the floor. I saw rat droppings. The food is nasty and so are the owners. Just because you came from a third world country you don't have to act like it. THIS IS AMERICA! WASH YOUR HANDS,POTS AND FLOORS! CLEAN UP. DON'T SERVE CRAP!

I placed my order Feb 24,2012 on a Friday at 7:20pm anyways, i placed my order over the phone...the lady was rushing me off the phone like crazyyyy....its like she was to busy and wanted to talk on the phone with me and take my order fast as hell and do other things as well. Anyways...She she kept rushing she kept cutting me off trying to feel in my words...she was basically saying "yes,what else?,anything else?, what kind? my order was 4.50 but in order for them to deliver it had to be $10 or more...so i kept the 4.50 + added 3 extra shirmp and a sweet and sour sauce and a shrimp roll....then she told me alright bye. I was like wait dang wasnt she suppose to ask me "cash or credit" so i called back and said "mam you didnt ask me cash or credit, then i gave her my credit card over the phone...she told me it will be 45min....i stayed right down the road from it..i got my food at 8:30 over a hour.My food was dry ass helllll....then i was like wait"wheres my shirmp roll" i called she said "i didnt order a shirmp roll, i told her mam, not a day go by when i eat at a chinese resturant i dont order shirmp rolls..omg she argued with me like hell! She was saying i cant order their anymore, i make her job hard. i was like honey, i work at Arbys in a expensive side of town customers make my job hard as well..but the customers are always right! i called my bank, and i called them back i should see it in 4 days back in my account..i DID NOT ACCEPT THE FOOD...I ORDERED PAPA JOHNS

Apparently racism still is still alive! I went to Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant on my lunch break. I am a young black professional man and was dressed as such. After I placed my order it took almost 20min for it to come out. It might have been longer if I had asked for my money back. A white gentleman came in about 20mins after me and was greeted like a king. Both our order came out 5 to 6min later. His on a plate and mine in a to-go container even though we both were dinning in. And to make matter worst the food wasn't that great! I will never ever eat here again!!!

Thief’s!!! Delivered wrong order , then spent 20 minutes and 2 phone calls arguing over who’s fault it was. Refused to bring correct item, so the entire order was brought back to the restaurant. Money grubbing owners who care more about the fee the bank will charge them, then they do their reputation, still charged for the meal. Service is awful!!! Will never order from them again!!
