I live here and trying to leave as soon as possible.It is just the worst place you can live in.
Lets start with the management,all they want is getting more money from you in an any possible way,they keep raising the rent every now and then(after every renew,and they ask for a big amount,they are asking me for a $100 more if I wanna renew now). I have seen a lot of people leaving this place in the last 4 months(in the building where I live,we are 4 apts,2 already left,and I am trying to leave just like the 4th apt.the reason is this new management(the manager is the worse that could be in that position)
The security,when this management started 6 months ago,a lot of thins went from bad to worse.there are some kids who are running around at night to break car windows,and all the management could do is telling us about it.Last weekend,a fire burned a whole building,and the people who live there are dealing with the problem by themselves.(8 months ago we had a gas problem in our building,the previous management assisted us as soon as the next day by making reservations in hotels for us,and they really cared about our satisfaction)
I have one conclusion for you,don't try to get in this apts as long as this people are running it,and since is going up like crazy,even though this place is very old,don't ever try to live here.
