Sophia Academy Students Send Letters to Troops

The letters are part of a project through Q100's "The Bert Show." They will be sent to American soldiers in time for Thanksgiving.

The Student Government Association of Sophia Academy recently led an initiative to have all students at the school hand-write letters and draw pictures for American troops as part of radio station Q100 The Bert Show’s Big Thank You Project.  Sophia Academy was able to compile 139 letters to mail in to the radio station, which will send them to troops in time for Thanksgiving. "We can only imagine how amazing it will feel to the soldiers when they receive one of our student’s handwritten cards," said Ashley Bjorklund, SGA faculty representative.
